I Found Solution to Itches After Shower After 10 Years of Suffering From it
Say bye-bye to itches after shower because this is an effective solution to the problem of itches after shower. I discovered this solution to itches after shower after over 10 (ten) years of suffering from itches after shower. Whenever I finished bathing, my body (arms, back, thighs and feet) would itch me badly with no rash and I would be all over my bedroom scratching my arms, my back, my thighs and feet. I would scratch myself for about 15 to 30 minutes before the itches would ease. People who suffer this problem know exactly how terrible the experience is.
Long story short, this is how I discovered the solution to itches after shower: I accompanied my wife to a hospital when she was going to deliver our second baby. In the room where we both stayed, there was bathroom where we could take shower with hot water. For most of the 10 years of suffering from itches after bathing, I had been bathing with cool water, not warm water. Even in the cold weather, I would not warm my water and I would bath with cool water and suffer itches afterwards. However, while in the room at the hospital, heater was available in the bathroom so I would heat up my water and bath with hot water. During the time I bathed with hot (not warm) water, I did not experience the itches after bathing. When my wife and I were back home from the hospital, I boiled water, added cool water so that the water I bathed with was hot but not too hot to injure me. Whenever I bathed with the hot water, I did not experience itches after bathing. However, if I decreased the temperature of the water so that it was warm and not hot, I would experience the itches after bathing.
So, I realized that, to prevent the itches after bathing, I had to bath with very hot water but not too hot as would injure me. Likewise, I realized that my body would itch me after bathing if I bathed with warm or cool water. This is so contrary to the solution that many popular blogs and articles on the internet give concerning itches after bathing. Some claim that your body would rather itch you if you bathed with very hot water because the hot water would remove natural oil from your skin and make your skin itch. Many blogs and articles claim that bathing with cool or warm water with very low temperature would help but I discovered that rather, bathing with very hot water is actually the solution to itches after bathing. Many of the people who wrote such articles do not suffer itches after bathing and probably, they do not know how it feels like.
Therefore, to solve the problem of itches after bathing, boil your water, mix the hot water with cool water so that it is very hot but not too hot as would scald you. Then bath with that very hot water and that could be your solution to the itches after bathing which you have suffered for years. Or the simple solution is that, ensure that you increase the temperature of your water so that it is hotter than warm water, very hot but not too hot as would scald you. Try it and let us know your feedback. I believe that this will be the solution to many but I cannot guarantee that this will be the “fit-all’’ solution for everybody.
For a reason, I prefer to keep myself anonymous but I hope that this helps you to solve your problem of itches after bathing.
