Policy on Extra Benefits

This is the statement of policy, terms and conditions on extra benefits on Nationton Republic. The extra benefits on Nationton Republic are the Nationton Republic Affiliate Program and the Nationton Republic Gift Game. Previously, this policy was called the Affiliate Program Policy. The Nationton Republic Affiliate Program and the Nationton Republic Gift Game, all together, are called "Extra Benefits". It is an affiliate program we do on Nationton Republic when we permit you to recommend Nationton Republic to someone and for recommending Nationton Republic to the person, earn commission from Nationton Information Technology when the person whom you recommended Nationton Republic to subscribes validly for a product or service on which we pay commission. The Nationton Republic Affiliate Program may also be called "affiliate program" or "referrals". The Nationton Republic Gift Game is a game on Nationton Republic designed such that those who play and win in the game are rewarded with gifts, currently, money. The Nationton Republic Gift Game may also be called, "NR Gift Game", "gift game", or "game". Products that are included in the affiliate program on which we pay commissions are the online marketplace service or the advertising system of Nationton Republic. Subscribing validly for Nationton Republic means subscribing for the online marketplace service of Nationton Republic and paying in full to Nationton Information Technology, the price of the subscription. Recommending Nationton Republic to someone is also termed as inviting or referring the person to Nationton Republic. Recommending Nationton Republic to someone and inviting or referring the person to Nationton Republic are used interchangeably on this site. The commission you earn through the affiliate program is a commission on the sale of subscriptions which allow the subscribers to advertise their products and services on the Nationton site. Validly inviting or referring someone to Nationton Republic means after you recommended Nationton Republic to the person, the person registered validly for Nationton Republic through your referral link. Inviting someone to Nationton Republic and earning commission from valid such invitation is called an affiliate program.

By using this site or any of its products or services, you acknowledge that you agree to all the terms and conditions and the policies on this site. The terms and conditions regarding Extra Benefits are:

• It is optional to be part of the Extra Benefits.
• Even if you are not directly participating in the gift game, the system of the Nationton Republic site or a member of Nationton Republic site may award a gift to you. You are free to claim or not claim the gift.
• You may be directly part of the Extra Benefits only if you are 18 years old or older.
• You earn commission from the affiliate program only when you earn commission from valid invitations, valid referrals or valid subscriptions created through your Nationton Republic referral link or your Nationton Republic username.
• You make gains, currently money, from the gift game only when you play the gift game and you win it.
• Valid invite, valid invitation, or valid referral means a person made a purchase for a product or service that is part of the affiliate program through your Nationton Republic referral link, paid the full prescribed price of the purchased product or service and did not a receive refund of the amount he or she paid.
• It is free to participate in the Extra Benefits.
• The gift game may be sponsored by volunteers.
• It is important to us that whoever receives, earns or wins a gift through the gift game is safe to receive, earn, win and have it. By providing a gift to support the gift game, you assure us that:
  • the gift is legitimate from a legitimate source;
  • to the best of your knowledge, the gift is good and safe to have and use;
  • you give the gift freely and permanently to whoever receives, wins or earns it and that once you have made it available on this site through the means we have designated for making the gift available on this site, you do not and will not ask or require us or anyone to refund it to you or to someone else;
  • you give the gift freely and permanently and that whoever receives, earns or wins it is not required to do or give anything in return for receiving, earning or winning the gift except under the genuine and written Terms and Conditions, Extra Benefits Policy and the Privacy Policy of Nationton Republic which Nationton I.T has made available on this site, and the applicable laws of Ghana;
  • you give the gift freely and permanently and that you do not and will not require anyone who receives, earns or wins it to oblige to any terms or conditions except the genuine and written Terms and Conditions, Extra Benefits Policy and the Privacy Policy of Nationton Republic which Nationton I.T has made available on this site, and the applicable laws of Ghana;
  • whoever receives, earns or wins the gift is free to use it for whatever good purpose of their choice.
  • you accept that even if you are a sponsor of a gift, you are permitted to play the gift game for a chance to win or earn it;
• If you participate in the Extra Benefits, we may use your information available on this site and other information you give us for the purpose of promoting the products and services of Nationton.
• You are responsible for what you say to people about us and our products; therefore, when you speak to people about us or our products, be wise, truthful, kind, caring, good and legal to those to whom you speak.
• If you use our name or our service, you shall not use it illegally.
• We reserve the right to take disciplinary action regarding your use of our service to ensure the wholesomeness, lawful and good use of our service.
• We reserve the right to regulate your account with or without your notice including approving or disapproving or even terminating it when we deem it fit to do so to ensure the wholesomeness, lawful and good use of our service.
• When you earn commission or a gift on Nationton Republic, we pay the commission or gift to you when you request for payment through the means of making payment request which we have made available to you in your Nationton Republic account.
• We pay you the commission or the gift when the amount of the commission and gift you have earned is up to or more than the minimum amount we determine as the minimum amount of commission and gift you can withdraw.
• If you request for payment of commission, you accept that, you are the one who consciously invited to Nationton Republic, the person or people through whose subscription(s) for Nationton Republic you have earned that commission and that you fully accept responsibility for having invited that person or those people.
• When commission or gift is recorded on your Nationton Republic account, you have accepted that commission or gift that it belongs to you only when you request for payment of the it.
• Till you request for payment of commission or gift recorded on your account, you have not accepted it as yours.
• When commission or gift is recorded on your Nationton Republic account, and you have decided that you do not want to take part in the Extra Benefits, you are free to ignore the commission or gift and not request payment of it.
• We currently make payments and record earnings in the Ghanaian currency Cedis.
• You are considered as the one who referred a person to this website only when the website records you in the website's system as the one who referred the person to this site.
• If someone reaches this site through your referral link, then within 30 days of reaching this site by your referral link, when the person registers on the site, your username may be recorded on the person's account as the one who referred the person to the site.
• Commissions on valid subscriptions created via your referral link will be credited to your Nationton Republic account.
• Nevertheless, after a person follows your referral link to this site, if the person follows a referral link different from your referral link to reach this site, then if the person creates a valid account, it is the one who owns that different referral link that may be recorded as the one who invited the person to join Nationton Republic.
• The owner of the last referral link by which a person reaches this site is considered as the one who referred the person to this site.
• If a person reaches this site by a referral link, the referral is recorded for 30 days as a cookie in the web browser with which the person reached this site.
• After 30 days of the referral having been recorded, the referral expires.
• An expired referral is no more counted and produces no valid referral.
• If a person visits this website while cookies are not enabled on the person's web browser, then the referral may not be recorded.
• Also, if a person visits this website while the browser of app with which the person is browsing this site does not permit saving and retrieving cookies in a way that our system can save and retrieve cookies, then the referral may not be recorded.
• A referral is recorded on the web browser or application by which the person visits the website. Therefore, if the person changes his or her web browser or application and browses our website using a different web browser or application, then the website may not find the referral recorded on the old web browser or the old application.
• Much of the success of recording and retrieving a referral depends on the web browser or application with which the referred person is browsing the site.
• You may also be given commission when a person who has paid for a valid Nationton Republic subscription via your referral link or username pays to renew his or her subscription or extend the deadline of his or her subscription. However, this commission which is given on renewal of subscriptions or extension of the deadline of the subscriptions is not an obligation but a generosity from Nationton Information Technology and Nationton Republic may choose to stop it or continue to give it anytime it deems it fit to do so.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Paid membership subscriptions on Nationton Republic are the services that are part of the affiliate program and are the services on which we pay commissions.
